"We went with friends for the weekend of January 19-21. The house doesn't reflect this from the outside, but once you get inside, you will be amazed. Clean, well-kept. We really recommend it. Behind the house there is a beautiful view of the river. When the weather is nice in spring or summer, you won't want to stay inside but outside. Even though it's right next to the road, you can't hear cars at all because they don't drive very often. I hope that we will be able to come there again soon and...

"Loved the house and had a great stay. Larger than I expected. It was just my partner (and I our pup) and it was more house than we needed, great for a small group. Loved the interior decoration. Would have loved to take advantage of the fireplace but we could have used a starter log, the firewood at the house wasn't super dry and we gave up after a couple attempts. Also gave up on trying to use the TV, I think we needed to download an app? We are not the most tech savvy. Totally fine though, we...

"Really nice and perfectly located house for a ski getaway weekend. The basement has plenty of games and activities to pass the time. there was also a fireplace inside and firepit outside. Plenty of beds and bathrooms too, which is good for a group of friends. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Phil was a wonderfully responsive host and keeps a well-stocked, warm and cozy cabin with all the necessities (and many fun extras like games and a record player) at his guests' disposal. The location was great, with some amazing dining within convenient driving distance, and of course, access to Belleayre. "Plenty of room to enjoy meals and games with friends after a ski day. Belleayre is 3 miles down the street so very convenient. The house was stocked with all necesseties and the owner and property manager were super attentive!"

"The Kitty Cabana tiny house was extremely cute! There is a pond out back with a fire pit, the house itself was clean and cutely decorated. The lights were on since we came at night from a Bethel Woods concert. The fan was in for us when we got there. They even left snacks for us including s'mores stuff that we sadly didn't get to use but it was a cute addition! And eggs from their chickens! The owner was very responsive also. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"There were a couple small issues and the listing definitely needs updated pictures. Communication with owner was easy and responses were quick. We loved the neighborhood and the attention to detail the owners put into the decor. They also had a handmade guide with events and restaurant recommendations."
