"No lit up sign to recognise hotel by so hard to find in the dark"

"New hotel , with clean , modern and spacious rooms . It is not really easily walkable to the city centre ( takes 35-40 mins ) , but there are bikes , and it’s only an 5 mins Uber ride into town . Will stay again as it’s good value for the price we paid . "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was 11/10. Really attentive and friendly from all areas. Food menu not extensive but I enjoyed my meal. The pool was lovely. The changing room lockers being code rather than key was great and I liked the facility to be able to dry my costume. The room was spacious and modern with lots of plugs and had a separate shower as well as a bath. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem switched on. Didn’t faff but would have been nice if it was cold....

"Only 5 mins to Stratford train station & shopping centre is virtually outside the front door. Well signed to find the hotel from the train station. A bit disappointed one of the housekeeping ladies could not understand English as I wanted to know if the water bottles in the room were free or not. "

"The service was amazing, the complimentary room upgrade and drink was a lovely surprise for our anniversary and we are very grateful! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Only one negative was we found a sealed new packet of cigarettes in the bed side table and there was a beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette buts in but other than that everything was clean and tidy."

"The hotel is great and the room is beautiful. The only bad thing is that they don't mention that you will be charged for the car park as it belongs to railway station and the jacuzzi is not warm at all as is connecting to the main pool and sauna was not working 😕 "

"As a hole,I would say,my time there for the period of 9days,it was good,to be honest the staff seem Very Helpful for any reason,to me,I can’t complain,my only default was the B/fast,plenty choices,wether ur a toast person,corn flakes,or of course Full B/fast,wasn’t that great,BACON Biggest Disappointment very Dry/Over dun,then I found that the Orange Juice was Watered down,after the Festive Period,then the last day of my stay,never heard of,(no-eggs) no Eggs Fullstop,ha,can’t have it always,so...

"Check in great. Food and drink great. But the Pillows were way too soft and no option for more firm pillows. Neither of us got any sleep as it was way too hot in the room. "
