"Nice hotel"

"The stay was amazing! The room was clean and beautiful. The fireplace is such a nice touch. Kitchen appliances worked and did not have to ask for plates, cooking equipment, utensils. Plenty of towels. Staff attentive and friendly. Definitely would recommend. Have stayed next door in the Admiral Suites. Sonesta is well worth the extra money."

"The stay was great. We realized after we checked out that we had left an item in the room. We were at the commanders game and decided we would go back after we called and the front desk confirmed they found the item. When we went back the person at the front desk said the items were not passed down to him. We waited 45 minutes for him to call the person who worked previous shift, text them and walk around the lobby looking for the items. The items were in the desk he was standing at when I walked in. This was unprofessional. My wife was waiting in the car and she was irritated. We had a long drive going back home and we lost about 45 minutes waiting to recieve items that were in the desk. Please update your lost and found procedures or create a set place to obtain them. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect. Our balcony had a view of the dome of the capital building. The staff is friendly and the gym and common areas are nice. $29.00 for parking overnight is a little steep though I must say. "
