"Good pricing and decent room for the price. However, there was a dead cricket in the bathroom, the coffee pot had a "spent" coffee packet left in it, the A/C probably needed to have the filter cleaned or replaced since it has a slight odor to it, and the caulking around the tub area could use attention. It is the small details that make a decent room at good price go from just decent to outstanding. Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am to allow late risers to get up and get moving....

"We were in town for baseball games at McNeese. This home is very convenient to the college, restaurants, and shopping. It is very close to the interstate, but the home has been completely remodeled and is well furnished and stocked. We did have one issue with the air conditioning not working properly.
