"We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! We made six great memories doing s’mores outside on the fire pit under a blanket of stars ! One of our most favorite homes to stay in through VRBO yet."

We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. "The property & neighborhood were great. Was able to hit several distilleries and also enjoy Covington. Walked to Paycor stadium (1.5M) - lots of places to stop on the way to prime up for the game. If you like breakfast - hit up Pike restaurant and order the biscuits and gravy. Best I ever had."

"Very close to the Ark (5 minutes). House is well kept and has plenty of room. We had a great time and found this rental to be very convinient, especially having a full kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel. Owner was very responsive when we contacted him with a couple of questions. Great experience and would rent again. "

This turned out to be a great property for us.
