"Initially the check-in was horrible... i was early and saw there were more vacant rooms that was the same type of room that in was planed in.. I even asked the guy if i could get a room on the ground floor. He lied and said none were opened. I went back after the shift change and the nice lady provided with a room on the ground floor... i was very happy and thankful..."
