He’s great! Top notch customer service. Be patient with him if and when it does get busy. He usually by himself. The hotel is quiet I felt safe especially being a solo traveler. "

"This wasn’t my first time staying at this property. Overall it’s my first choice for several reasons.Last week I literally had to wait until the attendant finished cleaning the breakfast area before she checked me out. She was well aware that I was waiting be a she acknowledged me. I actually had to go to the area were she was and asked to be checked out. This stay there wasn’t any coffee in the room other than a pod I found in the bathroom. Along with a bottle of something underneath the sink. The water doesn’t get very hot. However, I will continue to stay at the property "

"The house had original historic features yet modern amenities including a whirlpool tub. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the room and bathroom. The owner made an incredible full breakfast that was served each morning. It gives you a chance to meet the other guests and the owners 3 dogs. Absolutely perfect place to stay in Shreveport. Historic, southern charm and friendly people. "
