"I actually booked at the wrong Hilton Garden. But to my surprise it was above expectations. Online pictures seem to be outdated. I gotta give a special shout out to Tim who works the front desk. He’s great! Top notch customer service. Be patient with him if and when it does get busy. He usually by himself. The hotel is quiet I felt safe especially being a solo traveler. "

"This wasn’t my first time staying at this property. Overall it’s my first choice for several reasons.Last week I literally had to wait until the attendant finished cleaning the breakfast area before she checked me out. She was well aware that I was waiting be a she acknowledged me. I actually had to go to the area were she was and asked to be checked out. This stay there wasn’t any coffee in the room other than a pod I found in the bathroom. Along with a bottle of something underneath the sink. The water doesn’t get very hot. However, I will continue to stay at the property "
