"I chose to stay at this location during my second visit to Houston due to it's proximity to the airport, continental breakfast, and airport shuttle. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe at this location. When I checked in, the front desk handed me my room key with the room number facing down and didn’t tell me aloud what my room number was. Even though the lobby was empty, I still appreciated that extra step in making sure that I was safe as a solo traveller. The breakfast was very good and hot. I also observed the hotel workers continuously checking and replenishing the food for guests during breakfast and cleaning the tables after each guest departed for the day. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. I was only there for a few days but I appreciated not feeling like I was in a shoebox. I also liked that my room had a shower room and a toilet room (both equipped with sinks!). Hotel shuttle was extremely easy to use! I wish I took advantage of it on my way to the hotel but that's user error on my part. If you call the hotel, I believe you can get picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle (noted for my next visit!). I stayed during May 2025 and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. It was super quick and convenient. Just let the driver know which terminal you’re going to and you’ll be there in no time! "

"Sleep inn beautiful and clean room comfy bed even though staff friendly not a lot of help when it comes to help with working on a desktop computer I only use my phone had to print boarding passes for my flight I'm on my commencement trip outside of Texas and it's been a while since I stayed in a hotel .also they didn't have any tape for my phone or scissors but overall a relaxing stay before a long day of flying. Oh and phone in room was dead and microwave wasnt working but at least the bed was really comfortable and shower was great. "

"There was construction noise and debris in the hallway/elevator. The noise feom the airport is unavoidable. The staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. "
