"Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. "I stayed here only because the street nearby full of street foods. The place itself very clean, love the swimming pool area, you can sit and order foods there, foods are fantastic. They also have the best smoothies!!! Mango tango and strawberry smoothies are my fave."

"Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

"Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months. I took a wipe to see if it was just looks or actual uncleaned and it was definitely in cleaned!!! The cleaners just put the cover down and ignore it. At...

"Fantastic resort and great accommodation. Staff were friendly and could not do enough. The only issue we had was the location. It’s listed as city centre but it is not. The map location is not correct. It’s around a 30 minute walk out of the centre. Due to a recent landslide, Taxis and the hotel shuttle have to take around a 20 minute diversion to get to and from town. The walk to town is not practical at night as the road is in darkness . Loved the hotel but had to use Taxi’s every night. These costed around a £5 a night from the market square to the Bridge where the landslide took place . The walk from the bridge is a further 400m but was better than the 25 minute diversion"

"This is the beautiful place I've ever stayed. The pools are in lush jungle. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and selection. The service was 12/10. Our butler, Eka, gave us his phone number to WhatsApp him any time we needed anything and delivered it promptly. The staff would come knock every evening to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything. They had a scooter delivered to us when they saw us leave the hotel to go rent our own. There was some beautiful dining entertainment, and you can cast Netflix or something from your phone to the TV in your room to watch your shows/movies at night. I can't say enough about my stay here. You will enjoy every moment. "
