The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit itself was perfect. Great location, clean and updated, plenty of supplies for a family that enjoys cooking a traditional family dinner. We will be back!!!"

"Allegra Villa Alla Spiaggia is aptly titled. It is a happy place at the beach. Three good friends spent a few days at the place... listening to the waves from the living room while we reconnected. In addition to the dining area and living room which look out to the beach, the villa has a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner is easy to work with and was kind and prompt in his replies. "

"This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups."

"We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. "

"The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time."

"The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests."

I gave it fours star, it would been five stars if the studio unit I stayed for 3 nights the shower valve did not work so great. It is very hard to adjust the water temperture. The water is too hot or too cold, It would be best to upgrade the shower valve. I think I wasted alot of water because it took me very long to get the tempurture warm so i can take a shower.
