"The pool was nice for kids. The room itself was nit properly stocked. We had to buy toliet paper and not enough towels and was left with only 2 pods for laundry. Enough towels for a night. We had to wash them twice."

"It’s an okay experience, the house I stayed in was very nice and clean . The only issue I had was 2 out of 5 of the tvs didn’t work and the shower in the master bedroom didn’t work I had to use the tub the entire time . "

The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels."

"After Huracan damage, Hotel was in complete renovation. We have a brand new room, neat bathroom etc. Few things where missed but we understand. Definitely will take time to have everything back on track. Hope guest recognize this situation. No reason to give negative review, Perfect location "
