"My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here. "

"My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. "

"We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was clean and spacious and had beautiful views. We loved swimming in the lake and using the hot tub. It was the perfect way to start and end each day! Owners were helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!"

" This was the coolest place ive ever stayed at. Forget any negative reviews you may have seen. Peter was an awesome and welcoming host and his place was beautiful, very clean and had all the comforts of home.
