"Classy hotel in an old building in an outstanding location. Old means minor inconveniences with electrical outlets/lights but overall had a great stay in spacious room. Very good service too although declined breakfast so can't comment on that."

"It’s only 3-minute walk to the palace and close to restaurants and supermarket and fruit store. The only concern is the ventilation of the room and I saw mold buildups on the tiles of the shower room. The staff immediately cleaned it after I bring out this problem."

"This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price. "

"We wanted a comfortable, easy place to stay close to the chateau at Fontainebleau and the town centre for dinner as we were travelling up through France from the south back to the UK. This was perfect in that regard. Clean, modern with a spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. "

"We stayed during the Olympic Games in August 2024 an the hotel was super busy. The staff were really helpful, room was clean and airconditioned. The breakfast was perfect for this type of hotel. You could not ask for a better experience."

"Comfortable and convenient hotel. It looks big but is really quite small. The grounds are in need of a gardener but the oak forest in front of the hotel shield it from a very busy road. There is a Buffalo Grill opposite but there is no pedestrian exit so a little difficult in my opinion. The hotel is very close to Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainebleau if like us you like visiting chateaux."
