"Lovely Club room , slightly smaller than expected for the price. Harbour View , clean and well maintained. Very disappointed that no points are added by Hyatt as we use an agent . I feel this is very poor from the chain considering your paying very expensive rates "

"We had to line up and wait for a table for 20 minutes to have breakfast that we already prepaid when we booked the accommodation and we were told when we checked in to avoid the crowds we should have breakfast before 8 o’clock or after 9:30 despite showing up at 9:30 didn’t make any difference . travelled the world and never experienced anything like it. It’s a 5 star hotel and that is unacceptable , lift your game up and employ the right people to do delivery results "

"For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. I guess I was expecting it to be a lot better considering the cost and as it was the day before my wedding. "
