"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all my years of traveling. (I don’t stay at 5 star Four Seasons type places fyi) It is absolutely beautiful (please see pictures) Service, especially SIham, was exceptional. The breakfasts served in the gorgeous courtyard were great. It is easily located to the medina and walking distance to the main tourist sites in old Fez. The beds we’re comfortable, and the rooms gorgeous. Daily housekeeping. Highly highly recommend staying here. "

The property itself was nice enough, but there was one area where I thought there was room for improvement. As is common with riads, there were not windows to bring in outside light. They were so helpful with meeting us at parking lot late at night to make sure we get to the Riad. It is a bit of a trek and confusing- but that’s just how Fes is. "This Riad tucked inside the Medina is an oasis of calm and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The staff were super friendly and helpful and catered to our every need, from arranging a porter to get us and our luggage to the Riad initially to putting us on beautiful rooms and bringing breakfast up to the roof terrace each day.
