"I booked this hotel based on Expedia reviews but when I was actually staying there I was absolutely disappointed. The room looked clean but there was dirt on the walls. The bathroom tiles and sink were yellow. The worst was the incessant crowing of a cockerel throughout the day and night as the hotel was located next to a house which kept chickens! "It is a horrible hotel. Towel very old, bed sheet old and not clean well, the room no window, noisy from other room customers and the worst is toilet. This hotel made me feel like staying in "slum" but the price same as i paid 3 stars hotel in Surabaya. I didn't understand why this hotel can get 3 stars? I prefer to pay more for other hotel if know before, the pictures are just too looking good!"
