"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning. "

"We love the hotel and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We ate dinner there and the food was good. Bizarrely, wine was unbelievably expensive with the cheapest bottle being over $200. When we said that the restaurant and the front desk they said that a lot of people say that. Roaster and bear around the corner is a very good restaurant with $30 bottles of wine. "

"I booked based on the great reviews but wasn't as impressed as I could be. I switched to another hotel for the next day and am much happier. I had a private room and once you are paying double you can get something nicer and way bigger in the area. I had to leave mainly because the wifi was too slow to make calls or work. The shower I used was only trickling and could barely rinse off if using warm water. The windows room was nearly useless and the fan in it constantly ran and was noisy. ...

"It’s truly a great hotel with super breakfast and a small kids club. The gym is super, one of the best I have ever seen in Asia. One thing to note, there are several mosques in close proximity… as a result you might hear the prayer callings at 4 am in the morning. "

"The room on the (slightly-under)ground floor I was put into had windows looking to the parking area, thus basically I couldn't open the curtain most of the time, and regularly had some noise from the cars/people there. The room size is generous, but this (plus relatively stable Wi-Fi connection, when it wasn't down) was the main reason why I wasn't really disappointed. "Staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly fixed a problem with our aircon. Good breakfast buffet. The rooms are not super soundproof, and we could hear the family next door quite late at night. The light switch situation was a little mystifying. Walkable from the train station if you can figure out which exit to use (we did not). "

"The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing. The water pressure on the shower, the sink, and the health faucet is excellent. There were some small ants going around but they didn’t cause a massive problem. All in all, an amazing stay. "Great value hotel located close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Sultan’s Palace, Water Castle etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general all very good. We did a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples through the hotel and our driver, Mudi, was excellent. Very safe and always had cold water waiting for us after each visit. "

"Really love the hotel. I picked it because of its location near the train station as I was coming from Jakarta by train, then going to the airport (there is an airport train which takes 1/2 hour). The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was fantastic… The pool was nice! Internet was reliable, bed comfortable, room spacious, TV had English news and movies. I would definitely come back! "
