"The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. "I’ve stayed at hotel for 3 days. It’s very new facilities and no stress while staying. If I allowed to say only one negative thing is I requested breakfast boxes because I needed to leave early due to flight time but I couldn’t receive the box by hotel side mistake.
