"I cannot say enough about the level of service at this exceptional property and its attentive staff in every encounter. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice as we were impressed with its spaciousness and level of comfort that we experienced. Not only did we find the morning buffets excellent but also sampled the dinner offerings and were also impressed. A marvelous location on the Pest side of the Danube! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were wonderful. Free tea and coffee in the lounge off the main reception is a lovely touch. Breakfast is plentiful and covered most things anyone could surely want or need. The building, although very historic is beautifully modernised to a high standard. The beds and bedding was so comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained. 4 star hotel which lived up to its star rating for sure and at a really good price. Easy 15 to 20 minute walk down to the riverside and central Budapest. Same to the Jewish quarter which is a must visit place for food and drink."

Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the hotel windows have external blinds to reduce noise and light. Modern, upgraded rooms are available but we prefer classic furnishings. "
