"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. Very quick to come up with solutions or stopping what they are doing to meet your needs. Staff here speaks very gently and always polite with great manners. They are multilingual, I’ve heard them speak Korean, Vietnamese and English fluently. Great laundry service, you put your dirty clothes in a basket that they give you, leave it outside your hotel room in the morning, and they return it clean, smelling fresh and neatly organized. Price for the laundry service was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The area is great, looks to be an area in Hai Phong that has lots of Korean, Japanese and Chinese restaurants surrounding. But also lots of Vietnamese cuisine. Lots of coffee places to choose from, including a Starbucks at the end of the street. Hotel room is always kept clean, they had water bottles in the hotel room for us to buy and pay for later. They seen we were drinking lots of the water, so next time they left us 4 bottles instead of the usual 2. And the prices of the bottles were just like in the market. So this to me was really good. Staff are at the front desk 24 hours, we parked our motorbikes outside the front door, and there was always someone there to watch overnight. Safe area to be in all day long."

"Please put up the Nikko Hotel sign so we know to turn into the small road leading up to the hotel. We kept on missing the turn and had to backed up the car or drive one more time around the block to get into the way...."

"It’s a wonderful place for vacation, very nice room and comfortable, good buffet breakfast, nice Gym, hot tub, nice steam room, nice sauna, very private room separate room for Men, separate for women. Hugh swimming pool, Separate for children area. Good delicious buffet breakfast with many choices. A must stay. Hotel, we were booked for 1 night, but decided to staying total of 3 nights stayed for "

"The hotel was very modern, extremely clean and staff were always very attentive, polite and friendly. It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. It’s lit up at night and it looks so lovely. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights. The air con worked well thankfully and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend others to stay there. Thank you everyone who works there. "

"Great location with lots of access to food and convenience store. Very near to Cat Bi International Airport too, around 15-20 mins. Only sad thing was the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed during check in. "
