"It was such an excellent stay for my sister's bachelorette party! It could comfortably fit all 11 of us in the living/TV room. There were many beds for those who stayed the night, and it perfectly decorated for our themed party. I 100% would recommend this place for larger groups!"

"The house was in a perfect location for our stay in Calgary. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Kensington has a lot of great places to eat, and the house is also within walking distance to downtown Calgary. We enjoyed the fireworks on NYE at Prince's Island Park. And, being from Australia, we also appreciated the yard and paths being cleared of snow during our stay. "

"Nice property, a couple minor hiccups during our stay but the property manager made sure to deal with them as soon as possible. Location is great, sometimes some traffic. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house is exactly as pictured - beautifully done, spacious and every creature comfort you might need. We relaxed on the patio, ordered from some great local restaurants and spent a wonderful weekend relaxing as an extended family. As my family said, if we could give this place more stars than possible, we would. Perfection!"

"Suggestions - no Kleenex, no dish cloth or tea towels to dry dishes, only one dishwasher pod, batteries dead in remotes - we replaced. Issue with parking not their fault last renter took permit and garage fob. Could not figure out how to make fire place work? BUT this is a beautiful property in as AWESOME location. Easy to get around from. Highly resident and we will use again. Warm comfortable foot beds very very spacious. Listing is totally correct luxury property "

"Everything was as listed. Large home with lots of sleeping accommodations. The scuffle board was used a lot and generated a ton of fun for us. Very quiet cul du sac with lots of parking. Highly recommend and would stay again! "

"This house was perfect for our family of six! lots of space, beautiful home, and close proximity to all we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown and has all the amenities you would need. Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and space for all. There are 4 floors so if stairs aren't your thing, that may be hard, but it was a great way to wear out the children :)"

"Jordan was very prompt with all communications. We even had an issue with a chirping smoking detector and Jordan & Sean showed up incredibly promptly to deal with it. This was a cute little house, in a good location. Would rent again."

"Nice cozy comfy stay. It did become a home away from home for me while I was in Calgary. Texting with the host was slow at the first night, but she was very helpful whenever we got in touch after that. Overall a good and affordable place to stay!"

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot.
