"The location of the hotel, the accommodations themselves and the staff were beyond exemplary, but Hotels.com was deplorable in its functions or rather its inability to perform its obligation to its customers and the hotel itself. I was locked out because Hotels.com did not deliver. The message to hotel had sent me with special instructions being required for check-in after 9 PM when I contacted Hotels.com I wasted two hours on a chat with them while they’ve berated me for making the mistake...

"Great location and comfortable beds! The staff are super nice and helpful (booked through a third party and there were some discrepancies but Haka House resolved them separately with the third party). Enough showers/bathrooms so we never had to wait. Only complaint is that our room was next to the lounge and that door is closed in the evenings (propped open during the day), which meant whenever ppl came and went at night, it kept slamming due to the door mechanism. "Although there were 2 bathrooms I found them to not have enough hanging space, bathroom benches were small and often wet to put anything on. Had to use toilet paper to wipe dry, no paper towels. The second shower offered no privacy to change or dress or shelf to put shampoo etc on"
