Plentiful facilities (AC in each room, large refrigerator, dishwasher with many available tablets, hotel fresh bedding, comfy couch, as-new terrace furniture, washer & dryer). Lagoon warm pool and a lovely BBQ space with small refrigerator & clean/fresh poolside furnishings (the owners have really thought of everything you could need & more!) Love the massive terrace looking to the lush treetops (top floor, room 9); super quiet location...

"We had a fantastic stay at Freestyle resort. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, beach and marina. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Anne was lovely and very helpful, providing us with a porta cot and baby bath for our 4 month old baby. The pool was great, our baby had her first ever swim in it and she loved it. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Port Douglas 😊"

"This was our 3rd time staying in PD, first time at Saltwater - which was absolutely amazing. The location right in town on Macrossan is awesome. It is right in the middle of everything, but still very quiet in the room. So much easier than grabbing a shuttle all the time if you stay at the resorts out of town which we had done previously. Staff were very kind, kids loved the pool. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings and a nice outlook from balcony. We will be back!"
