"Staff are rude and unhelpful! Rooms are run down, WiFi does not work for iPhones - as I was told by reception. You can only use the standard buffet restaurant all others you are unable to book. Terrible experience. Walked to the marina most days to get out of the hotel"

"Ali our facility manager was so kind and polite. The cleanliness in our room was quite awesome and he made us everyday another surprise with the magic towels. Also the rest staff was so friendly and helpful in every situation.
