"I apologize for the way late review. We stayed from 12/21 - 12/27. Let me say that this host went above and beyond for everything. Anything that we would want or need was provided. Including food, snacks, drinks, alcohol, paper goods, even paper/ pens for playing games. There was even a small Christmas tree set up in the corner. There was also a sign welcoming us to the property with our name. It was definitely like home. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to it being too chilly...

"This was odd. The livestock spend far more much time IN the house than I expected, resulting in much "tracking-in." I sat on the couch once - and it was wet. That was off-putting. They clearly state that they allow smoking and vaping, so that is on me, but I didn't translate that into the intense smoke in the general living area. "We have stayed at a lot of properties before, but this house surpasses them all. Its location is fantastic. The house was immaculate, there is nothing that you would ever need. We would have coffee in the morning on the upper deck and watch the manatees swimming down the river. They supplied the kayaks, which was a great deal of fun."
