"Really lovely stay at Haian. They bent over backwards to make my stay absolutely perfect. Excellent costumer service at all times. The room suite was large and spacious with the best sea view ever. Sadly the weather was awful so couldn’t utilise the beach much but the hotel made me feel very welcome. "

The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. We also loved the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and countdown event hosted by the hotel, complete with entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. The panoramic view rooms on the lower floors also impressed us with their views, separate living areas, and balconies. Customer service stood out throughout our stay—from the initial booking process to our departure, everything was seamless. "We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"I like how the hotel is close to store and the dragon bridge. You can just walk. Dieu is so friendly. He open the door for us when we get in and carry our luggage, he even took our luggage up our room. And when we have question about where to go or where store is located at, he will tell us how to get there. Binh, Vy, and Truc is friendly also. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. Got a nice view also. "

"Property location and view is awesome. One must do improvement for them is to add shower curtains as the whole bathroom is gets totally wet and you will find water on the floor all the time. "
