Alani Sea View Hotel had excellent customer service and really enjoyed the free breakfast service. I wish that the sea view was closer like depicted in the website picture, and facilities a little newer like the pool and gym area. Overall, however, really enjoyed my stay at Alani Sea Hotel! The room is very comfortable and beautiful.

I was completely satisfied with the service and staff. They are nice and kind. Noah and Harry, especially, helped me to check out friendly. However, I didn't like the sauna and steam room. They looked old and small.

This is my third stay at this hotel over the last couple of months, I keep returning due to the quality of the place and the exceptional staff, Bella had me checked in instantly, the restaurant staff Lisa, Daisy and Danish took care of my every need whilst in there at breakfast. Floor in the room seemed a little sticky when not wearing the provided slippers. Location is very convenient with a cool pizza bar across the street with live music and a pool table. Also walking distance to Highland coffee and Bread and Butter bakery. Beach is near by also. Good deal for a ocean view room. Room was spacious with small balcony.

Great location only a few minute walk to the beach. There are also great restaurants within a few minute walk from the hotel. Alfie was very helpful with luggage and making sure gave me great advice on local restaurants!

I arrived in Vietnam to find that my luggage was still at my departure airport. I explained to lovely smiling ladies as I was checking in, that I would need to get some clothing to see me through until it arrived. They were more than happy to assist and gave me directions to a shop around 10 mins walk away from the hotel. Super grateful as the clothing options were aligned to my style of dress. The hotel is nestled in between restaurants, shops and other accommodation. I had a room with a lovely view of the sea, it was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and did their thing. Breakfast options were vast and had something for everyone. Thank you to staff for tolerating my arrival at the back end of breakfast service, I prefer to eat when noise levels and people flow is less . The pool was nice with a ok view for where the hotel is based. Front of house staff were really nice, always smiling and talkative, particularly Helen and Steffie, and not forgetting Tin the bell boy. Overall a great stay, in a nice clean hotel, with good food and really nice staff. Would I stay and again and recommend to friends visiting DaNang ABSOLUTELY!!

This is a great hotel my favorite so far. They greet you with a glass of tea which I found d to be very rewarding after my flight. The staff is amazing and their breakfast is yummy. They always have a different variety. Even though I only stayed for 3 nights this is definitely a hotel that I will recommend and I will return again when I come back to Vietnam. This hotel is a 10

The staff were very kind, hospitable. They always welcome us and are ready to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were always very hospitable and we enjoyed the convenient location. Rooftop swimming pool, i really love Alani Cocktail, its taste is great.
