"Booked a villa and it was spacious. However it looked rundown compared to the photos. They really should update the photos or maintain the place to look like the photos at the least. Everything is a little far from the hotel so unless you rented a car or have a driver it is hard finding a cab. They staff at the train cafe is very nice though. "

"The bathroom smelled so bad, we had to keep its door closed at all times. Asked to switch to another room, and was told no other room available. This was during the low season (August), we barely saw any other guest besides us. Receptionist girl was playing on her phone for a good several minutes while we waited for her to lead us to our room, dead tired from a long bus trip.
