"The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark."

"Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. "the staff was amazing. They were helpful and very kind. We knew we were staying next to the lake we had an incident with a giant spider which we can’t complain nor is it the fault of the property they were very kind in capturing it and getting it out of of our room. However, we believe the room had bed bugs, both my companion and I had bites all over that were not mosquitos or spider bites these were bed bug bites.
