Staff was very friendly and professional, ready to help answer questions. breakfast buffet was adequate, but nice. only complaint was water pressure sometime not available. highly recommend ira hotel and spa for anyone need a cheap hotel but 5 star service. can't beat the price for the view of the ocean and caldera."

"I had the best stay at meltemi !! I went to Greece on a solo trip and the staff here were so kind and welcoming ! I was even provided a beautiful note & gift for my birthday. And for when I wanted to take transit I was given a bus schedule sheet & some tips for the bus. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel along with a bakery (5min walk) and many places to eat ! I’ll be back the next time I’m in Santorini ! Thanks for the amazing stay ! "

"My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise. We were lucky to have Rita and Tatiana to help us and they were both more than helpful in any advice or helping with requirements for what we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Regards Dan "

"We were two families , came for four days. The hotel staff was very friendly. However, a five star hotel should looks different. The hotel rooms and facilities are in poor condition. We change three rooms until we got a reasonable one, The breakfast is good, and the hotel location is perfect. The hotel is it very big and it is lousy,"
