"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. "We loved our stay at this hotel. They provided free transportation to the hotel and met us with a nice welcome drink when we arrived. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable.
