"This group goes out of their way to ensure travelers are taken care of. They can help with tours, give great advice on vineyards, have an excellent cellar themselves. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. It was helpful to have our own water bottles with us."

"The 4 star rating should be reviewed as it's outdated. The room is ok but the whole place needs some renovation. Altogether it's ok for a short stay, great area, nice pool. "

"Fantastic experience ! You will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing and the place is so serene and gorgeous. Their breakfast was amazing! Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Even the pool and Jacuzzi was perfect! Example of exceptional service by the staff - helped us book for a permit while we were driving to Aconcagua ( we were not able to book via mobile site) + gave great suggestions for an amazing stay. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have made it 5 nights .. Will be...

"Location was good. Breakfast was good. Pool and garden were nice, but a felt a bit neglected. My dorm upstairs was good, however pillow and mattress weren't great. The place could definitely use some maintenance/updating. Kitchen leaves a lot to be desired.. It doesn't cost much to replace cracked plates or sponges.. volunteers at reception need to be trained better."
