" We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. "Evan was a fabulous host. We had an extended stay, almost a month, and everything was perfect! He made sure we always had what was needed. There was a power outage, neighborhood wide, Evan supplied us with a generator until the power was restored. There are zero complaints regarding our stay. Highly recommended!!"

"Jesse was a great host; always responded, check in and check out was simple and less requirements than most hosts! We came down from Oklahoma to spend some time with our TX grands. The house was set up to keep them entertained (as well as grandpa!). The house was clean and simple in design which made cleaning up and keeping up with grandkids easy and hassle free. The soaker tub in the main bedroom was definitely a bonus after a long day of traveling as well as a quiet respite once the grands...

"We loved our time at this lovely, spacious lake house! Perfect balance of space for gathering and spots to soak in peaceful solitude. Had plenty of every supply we could have needed, as well--the scented soaps and shampoos especially were a hit. The views are breathtaking! Sunset over the lake was gorgeous. So enjoyed the kayaks, pool table, and, cozy, fluffy blankets. Best of all was the super prompt, always warm and friendly communication from the host. We very much hope to return someday!"

"Perfect size for a small family. Very clean and cozy. The only thing that would have made it better is a bed that folds out from the couch. If your 5th occupant is a small child, the couch works out fine. If you do not have a small child it might not work for you. "

"The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
