"Great value accommodation in the centre of Mulum. We were a family of 5 so the Queen room with a double bed plus 3 singles, was perfect. We ate in the Middle Pub that is owned by the same organisation and that was also excellent value. Coffee, tea and milk provided. The shower worked well and the beds were comfortable. "

"Great little guest house, clean and very quiet location, yet an easy 10 min walk into town. Would have been better if pool was cleaned at least twice a week, they clean it on Monday, so by Saturday it was a little murky, but fine enough. And also provide additional garbage bags as you had to take out your own rubbish. "

We had undercover free parking, which you entered from the lane behind the property, which was excellent. Self check-in was fine, and the villa was beautifully cool on arrival. "Excellent. Great pool that was completely quiet the whole stay, excellent buffet breakfast and an easy walk to beach, buses or short taxi ride to most things if preferred. Only niggles were no full length mirror and barely enough shampoo and soap for one person let alone two. Note there is nowhere to get food in immediate vicinity except hotel restaurant (overpriced as with all hotel restaurants) or across the street at airport for very limited costly crisps and chocolate bars. One bar/restaurant with Tacos and pizza and a rubbish cafe at airport . But you can Uber Eats easy enough. "

"This is an all round lovely place to stay. The staff are lovely and helpful, the property itself is well maintained and clean. Great location, walking distance to everything. No need to drive. The pool area is really nice and a large space. Lots of kids if you’d prefer no kids, but a great holiday spot for kids. The pool is big and lovely and plenty of chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The parking was great and very easy. If you arrive early the staff are so good at letting you park and then use the pool areas until check in. It’s not a super modern building but it’s comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!! "

"The property was very secure, the apartment immacular restocked with essentioal equipment and cutlery. The only thing to mention that there's no salt or pepper and hand towels, so bring your own. Also, carr parking spaces are very small, so if your car is on bigger side, be extra careful not to scratch a car next to you or a pole. However, these are just small things I wish I knew in advance. Other than that everything was prestine. "
