"Paid extra $120 charge for children, yet their bunk beds weren't made upon arrival, only sheets left on the beds to make for ourselves. If you're going to be charged to use them, they should be made up for you. Additionally, the bunks aren't vacuumed under the mattress; sand, rubbish, etc. They are also short, so our 12yr old had to sleep on the lounge which was longer. Not a great starting impression. Aircon is only in the living area, so need to sleep with the main bedroom door open & aircon...

"Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "

"We had a great week at Cotton Beach- family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. The host was very responsive, and check in and out easy. Access to the beach and the boardwalk path made for relaxing walks, and the heated pool was great, even when it rained. The internal set up was perfect for our family and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Would recommend and stay again. "

"The resort is lovely with a number of places to eat nearby. The apartment is best suited for families with teenagers not young children as the rooms are not adjoining. They have separate access.
