"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"A nossa estadia foi excelente. para quem tem que conciliar trabalho e férias, a casa é perfeita. Super bem equipada, disposição muito agradável para desfrutar do exterior e com condições para todos usufruirem. Outra vantagem é ser pet friendly já que temos 2 cães pequenos. O bairro é super tranquilo com todos os serviços perto.Gostámos muito"
