Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "This property is excellent for a fun-loving group with plenty of entertainment options and 4 rooms with a total of 10 beds (1 king, 5 doubles and 4 twins) to accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. The rental price was very reasonable, but I found the fees, taxes and property damage insurance to be a bit high (adding another 160% above the rental fee). "We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. Although near the train, we hardly heard it - just a rumble here and there and an occasional whistle but it was not loud. We could hear people in the other units but...

"The apartment was perfect for 3 adults, 2 in the bedroom; 1 on the sofa bed. Plenty of room to move around. Well-appointed with appliances; dishes, etc that you would need for eating in. Bed was extremely comfortable and that is usually my biggest problem. Everything was clean. The paint could use some touch up in places but you can tell it’s just from wear and tear and not dirty. Nicely furnished with sharp accents and furniture!! Extremely convenient to parking and attractions in center city. "
