"The staff were not helpful which is probably through lack of training. We checked in and used the car park (which we were not informed was owned by a third party). On the second night the car was broken into which we reported to the police all we got from the hotel was nothing to do with us even though we spoke to the duty manage (who was the housekeeper manager). In the evening we had gone to the bar for a drink, asked for a Barcardi but was told they had not had that for a few days. Asked for...

"This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...

"The hotel itself was very good with caring attentative staff.There was a huge let down ; there were only 2 guest parking places for the whole hotel , 50 would be more appropriate ! . The breakfast was very good and well organised ; the staff showed me how to axcess all the breakfast items . Hotel itself was clean throughout and my room was well appointed and comfortable. In summary excellent staff but poor parking."
