"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. "We had a lovely 2 nights stay in the Hardiman the day after storm Eowyn so it was understaffed but the staff that were in attendance were excellent!
