The staff where absolute high class in there level of professionalism and very friendly also didn’t make you feel uneasy or unwanted there.. "This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."
