"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. "This VRBO site surpassed my wants and needs in a lake home! The check-in/check-out process was easy. Mike's communication was top notch! The location was peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. We went during March, so, the lake was still frozen. We did a bit of ice fishing and walking around the lake. Home was aesthetically beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend to others. "
