"We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15 and when we went to use the shower mat it had blood on it. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11.
