"Was familiar with the area as owned hunting land just north of Ross Lake for 13 years. Did not know about this quiet little lake. Very well-maintained, well-equipped year-round cabin / home. "My wife and I just needed a comfortable place to stay while doing some survey work in the area. Big deal for us is that the photos and descriptions are an accurate depiction of the property and they were. We were looking for a nice out-of-the-way cabin with a Lakeview and it lived up to expectations. Owners were very helpful when we had a couple hiccups trying to check in in the dark. Very responsive. "We came up for a wedding and fall colors and had such a great time! The cabin is super cozy and very obviously well cared for. The master suite makes it a perfect getaway for a couple and the bunk house would be an awesome spot for older kids to sleep! We loved enjoying the lake, large patio and amazing sauna while also enjoying all of the close by parks and downtown nisswa and Pequot lakes.
