"We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. "A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...
