"Unfortunately I asked if I could stay and move in and they said no. I think that speaks volumes. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Really liked the small details such as the floor nightlight that came in when you were venturing to the loo at 3am! The shower is amazing. Rainforest shower and normal shower. Extremely quiet despite being in the middle of the city centre. Pulled and duvets were of a high spec and the bed as the comfiest ever. Television was behind a sliding picture frame. In future,any city trips and I will be eyeballing my husband to book a Malmaison hotel. "

"The hotel was fantastic, on arrival we were greeted at reception then shown to our room, the room was lovely and clean, spacious and quiet, there was air conditioning so we were able to regulate the temperature to suit us. The breakfast was superb, better than I have had in some time, a great selection of continental and cooked options were available. The bar area was very comfortable and we were given complimentary drinks in lieu of room cleaning on day 2 which was a nice surprise. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from town and there are plenty of places to eat/drink if you do not want to eat in the hotel bistro. The only slight negative would be the parking, it is on site but not included in the price and was £15 per day, I would expect this if the parking was off site which is normal for a city centre hotel, but as as it was on site I felt this was a little excessive. Previously I have paid £9/£10 for discounted off site parking. Having said that it would not put us off on the future, we were very happy with the hotel, it was comfortable and welcoming, overall an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel, easy check in and very helpful with booking in my car. Service in bar & resturant was a little.alow, but it was busy but on the.flip.side food was worth waiting for as fabulous. Room.clean and warm."
