We were able to check in, and come and go, without hassle or interruption. The building has been excellently remodeled/updated and was immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable with many nice touches. The walk in rainforest shower was super great! The restaurant bar downstairs was super inviting and cozy. Montrose is just small...

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. Over our 3-day stay, they greeted us in the hallway mutliple times, asking if there was anything we needed. Great bonus was the chocolate chip cookies once or twice a day!"

"Secluded and beautiful lodge nestled at about 10k feet. The rooms are cozy and all have fireplaces that are gas fired, hairdryers, toiletries, and coffee makers. The restaurant has really good choices, especially deliscious is the pork green chili. Many outdoor activities exist outside the lodge doors; including hiking, fishing, xc skiing, snowmobiling, and atv'ng."
