"Had a great stay. Breakfast was great and the one meal we had was delicious. I'm a coeliac and they were very helpful. Had a delicious icecream sundae for pudding. The staff were amazing .Kieran and all the girls were lovely. We've stayed a few years and have noticed room's have gone a bit tired and bathroom needs regrouting . But a lovely stay as always. Can't say enough how great the staff are. "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. Spotlessly clean, and a lovely welcome from the owner which included a vase of flowers, some cookies, and a personal message in scrabble letters on the fridge! Everything you need is provided for.
