"Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure! "

"Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais...

"Brand new clean functional and very comfortable room. Spacious comfortable public areas in hotel. Excellent healthy breakfast. Very friendly welcoming manager. I enjoyed a nightly supper in the restaurant- - food was excellent and reasonably priced. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the slopes with bus stop 1 minute from the hotel. The slopes are walkable - - probably 8-10 minutes but I preferred the shuttle bus given my age. The skiing at Crans-Montana was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay. Kudos to Pablo the manager!! Thanks- - hope to be back again. "
