"This was a wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. Myself, my wife and our 10 year old daughter stayed in a family room which was clean and spacious. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, unfortunately I did not take the gentleman's name so I can't name-drop him here. Similarly, the lady on check out was lovely too. We were staying as my wife was flying from Gatwick. It was a ten minute drive to the airport from the hotel. The location is really convenient if you want to avoid on-airport parking prices. Overnight parking was either £10 or £12. I believe that to be very reasonable. Myself and my daughter have already booked again for two week's time when wifey returns, and intend to make use of the pool on that occasion. Many thanks to all the staff.
